« I have not received the code to get into the room, I sent a couple of texts and no reply, so rang but he spoke so fast I could not catch what he was saying but eventually got in. The was ok but when you go to the fridge the floor caved in it was the carpet stoping you from causing you harm »

« Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

« The only thing is that the appartments are close to bars and restaurants and some nights were noisy because of people being loud. Other than that our stay was much appreciated. »

« No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub. »

« No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫 »

« The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away. »

« Fabulous welcoming stay at the Boat House, great location on the beach, rooms with a beautiful view of the mainland and delicious food, what’s not to like and Dean is the best hotelier! »
