« This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...

« The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine. »

« Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting! »
