« Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff. »

« Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. « I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful. »
