Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! Everyone had a smile on their face! Lovely place to relax “

The Lady at the Reception made a Mistake with the Bill and in the End the Management wanted the Personell to pay the missing Amount! What a Shame! We payed the Amount, but they couldnt find the Payment...“

Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. “
