„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.“

„Very convenient to the train station, easy to access, very quiet, great shower and amenities. If you are looking for a place close to Sangenjaya or Shibuya, this is a good local area. The only improvement I could suggest is softer pillows :) “

„Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend ...

„We stayed there for 16 days. It was very pleasant, and the washing machines in the basement were a lifesaver, as we were there in August. Since I have allergies I had to cook my own food, the selection of kitchen utensils is very good. The owner is easy to reach, and he's happy to help with any questions. Thanks for the stay.“

„The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. “

"Das Rose Garden war absolut das beste Hotel, was wir in Japan hatten. Neben der guten Lage in der Nähe des Shinjuku-Bahnhofs handelt es sich hierbei um ein absolut tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Alles tadellos sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zimmerreinigung inkl. neuer Bettwäsche TÄGLICH! Wow, soviel Service hätten wir nicht erwartet. Unser Zimmer (3 Betten im japanischen Still) haben wir geliebt. Ja, das Zimmer ist klein, aber wir sind in Tokyo. Wir konnten uns gut arrangieren. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit westlichen Komponenten und asiatischen, was wir gerne in Anspruch genommen haben (schließlich lernt man auch gerne die fremde Küche kennen). Fazit: Super Hotel, Super Mitarbeiter, Tolles Zimmer .... Wir kommen gerne wieder. "
