« Pros: 1. Good room dining experience. 2. Polite dining staff. 3. Timely food delivery in the room and food cleanup. 4. Checkout experience was smooth. 5. Room cleaning staff was polite and helped me enter the room when I got locked out. Cons: 1. Denied newspaper service by the housekeeping staff all of a sudden during my stay for no reason :). 2. « Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg. »
