« This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. « Bonne expérience: Lit confortable, bureau pour travailler, wifi fonctionne bien, bon petit-déjeuner, salle de bain avec baignoire. Le seul point négatif est que je devais payer 104 pounds et j'ai été débité de 187€. On m'a dit qu'on allait me rembourser les 50 pounds qui ont été prélevé pour la garantie mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu. »
