« Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Found the establishment to be welcoming, clean with friendly staff. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries replaced where necessary. Overall excellent hotel I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. »

« Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff. »

« The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant...

« Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up.
