« Hôtel calme mais régulièrement perturbé par les travaux d'entretien (souffleur à feuilles) bruyant et salissant le spa et parfois les chambres su les fenêtres sont mal fermées. Sa situation loin de la ville permet de ne pas être indisposé par l'odeur d'œuf pourri qu'il y a en ville. Grande cuisine mais matériel de cuisson à renouveler et four non nettoyé. Un lave vaisselle aurait été souhaitable. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. The space is bright and the country views are amazing! We loved sipping our coffee in the mornings on the large patio outside. Great place for star gazing at night also! The beds were comfy, the bathroom heater was great and we also liked having the kitchen to cook some of our own meals in. The space was cozy and relaxing to come back to after busy days of touring around. There was one issue...

« Absolutely lovely spot- quiet, peaceful with tremendously well planned and tended gardens! The fragrance of gardenias and jasmin is heavenly . Secluded hot tub was perfect. »

« Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos. »

« Even though there was a man there when we arrived, he only confirmed where to find the lock box to get our key. The rooms were very small and the equipment was only adequate. The second day there was no hot water. I read the directions in the book and found the gas bottles to switch them over. The location is very rural, pretty but a long way to stores and restaurants. The driveway is quite narrow. »

« Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...
