« Thank you to Johnathan for an amazing stay at the Wilderness barns. It’s such a home away from home with everything you need for a week away. It is very rural and peaceful which suited us perfectly. A lovely relaxing retreat. The dogs loved it too with a lovely secure garden for them and us to enjoy. Johnathan was very helpful when we had a few initial issues which were rapidly resolved.Would love to stay again. »

« First of all, Phil is an amazing host. Since we made the booking he'a been available to answer all our questions. He's friendly, great character, got humour. Regarding the location. Amazing place. Peace and quiet. If you don't mind having no phone signal or Wifi, this is for you. I totally recommend the 'safari' trip from your car to the caravan. You won't forget that experience. At night you can hear the river flowing. Night birds. No car sounds or traffic. There's a splendid waterfall right...

« We had a wonderful 2 nights in the treehouse - such a beautiful peaceful spot. Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. It was a unique and memorable experience and we would highly recommend it to others. « Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2014 2 adultes et 2 enfants 13 ans et 11 ans. Sally nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. La chambre est grande (env 40m²) et les literies excellentes. Un radiateur d'appoint est à disposition pour les plus frileux. Les enfants ont dormi dans 2 lits séparés. Un frigidaire est également à disposition et nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners dans la chambre. La salle de bain est grande et tout récemment rénovée avec soins. « Wonderful cottage at a beautiful area in Dartmoor. There‘s everything you need to relax and you can just start your walks from the door. The owner is lovely and there if you need him. The road to the cottage needs a bit getting used to, as there are holes in the pavement and it’s very narrow. »
