« Sadly i found a huge cockroach which i killed, left it ion the floor. Secondly the lack of communication between Hotels.com and the Hotel was discomforting on arrival as the voucher had not reached the hotel at my arrival time. The state of the mattress for the other bed was in the least shocking, the mattress needs to be replaced. »

« I regret booking this place, it’s very dull and needs a lot of maintenance, the wardrobe was outside our room, how in earth do you expect people to keep their clothes in the wardrobe placed on a passage where everyone has access on? There was no dustbin in our room and the toilet, I was not even told where the kitchen was, I booked for 2 people, but there was one glass, one towel for the entire 2days. We didn’t have the remote for the gate, so everytime we had to go out we had to phone because...
