« Overall I liked it. It’s private and has plenty of space to park our pickup and boat. Very close to the boat dock and a nice restaurant.It can get windy there, but pretty normal for that area. I would like to see a little more seating inside such as another chair or couch, and possibly a TV, although we were fine without it. Overall a cool place to stay. »

« very nice renovated condo! LOVE the great scent as we walk in the door each time! Very nice decor! although the ac did not seem to work well the laat day 13th. Turned down to 60 but not very cool. opened the patio door ..was cooler than inside.might want to ck it out. A nicer ashower head would be nice in the one bathroom with the tub. But def an overall rating of 10! LOVED and enjoyed our stay you! »

« The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience. »

« This property was wonderful to host our team at for a local tournament. The players and parents loved it! There was plenty of space to spread out and have fun. »

« The location is the real highlight of this stay—just a minute from the boat ramp at Platte Creek Recreation Area, which made it super convenient for our time on the water. The tiny home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a spot close to the river with easy boat access, this is a great choice! »

« We stayed here for a week and this place has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay! Having all the kitchen and even bathroom amenities is so helpful. We used all the appliances and everything worked well! A nice, cool air conditioned place to come back to and relax was also very nice, especially after being out in the August heat! »
