« Excellent séjour ! Dès mon arrivée accueil très chaleureux par deux jeunes filles qui m'ont donné plein de conseils et de visites à faire. L'appartement est très propre et surtout merveilleusement placé en plein centre ville, à côté des 2 gares principales et de la station de bus. Très calme, literie confortable, bien équipé. Attention les lumieres s'éteignent automatiquement au bout de quelques minutes. Bien pour l'économie d'énergie mais un peu déroutant. Bref super séjour et encore merci...

« Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town. »

« Great stay, very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Apartment was clean tidy and had everything advertised. »

« Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back! »

« Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...
