« It’s in the basement with separate side entrance. The owner lives upstairs with kids. Very clean room. Quiet at night but kids got up around 7am. You could hear noise from upstairs. If you don’t sleep over, it’s fine. No wifi. I asked for it but owner didn’t answer me. Maybe the owner doesn’t want to share family wifi. »

« Very nice place. Large area n friendly people. »

« It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive. »

« Very clean, comfortable 1 bedroom basement suite with washer and dryer. Home is in a quiet residential area, close to shopping , highway access and 15 minutes to downtown Moncton. Netfix is provided and air conditioning also available. Michael, the host is quick to reply with requests. We had a relaxing 5 night stay and highly recommend this home whille visiting Moncton, New Brunswick. »
