« We stayed with Brooke at Coakley Bay and the time passed far to quickly. The condo has perfect views, plenty big being 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Easy to find, Brooke was always available when we had questions. The diving was spectacular and dining was great. I recommend Dunigans for Lobster. The condo has a great pool that is warm and perfect for relaxation. We would buy the place if it were available. »

« We stayed here for a week. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and the private pool area was the perfect place sunbathe and stay cool. I would return. »

« The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet. »

« Lisa did a great job hosting us. Lisa greeted us at the airport to show us to the house. And she waited thru a small delay to do so! The house matched the description and pictures on line. If you are willing to rent a property off the beach … this is a great option. Also, make a reservation at Duggans Reef for the best sea food on the island. »

« We are lucky enough to travel frequently, and it is not often I am motivated to leave a review. This property is fantastic! It begins with the excellent property manager communication. Once on site, in a place this big, there are always details. The property manager responded, almost instantly even after hours inquiries. The pictures are accurate you do have a private tennis court with paddles and balls and a beautifully restored, private sugar mill. This property is ideally located, the rooms...

« Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last. »

« The property was in a great location, easy to get to town, grocery and around the island. Complex was quiet and clean. Beach area was nice and kept clean. »

« The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay. »

« We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. « Great place for big family. Rooms were great. The view is incredible overlooking Buck Island. The beach is like your own private getaway. If the wind comes out of the north you do get a lot seaweed. »
