Be aware that it takes the water a while to heat up, and sometimes the water doesn’t heat up at all. There are signs pointing to a button that did not seem to do anything. « Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use.
