« The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

« This cozy cabin was the perfect jumping off point for nearby adventures — Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, the Manitou Incline, Cave of the Winds, and more. Just a short drive to downtown Manitou Springs for souvenir shopping, dining, and entertainment. Conveniently located 10 minutes from a large Safeway grocery store. The cabin is clean and well-appointed with strong WiFi, TVs in the living room and a bedroom, window A/C units, gas grill, kitchen and grilling utensils, a traditional coffee...

« This property had everything I needed for my stay in the area. It was pretty clean. Very comfortable. Communication with Marian was great. I wasn't around for breakfast, but it was offered everyday and I'm sure it would have been wonderful. I would stay here again. »

« This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again. »
