„This property is as described and shown in photos. It is small, we had awesome sleep as the bed is comfortable. It is accurately described and depicted in photos and is what we expected. Outside mosquitoes are prevalent but there is screen in porch. It was quiet and we slept well for our 1 night stay.“

„100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey.“

„The condo was clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Loved the location as well. The only issue was that fireplace was listed as an amenity and it was actually out of use which was a bummer on this snowy weekend. Pool and hot tub were great also“
