« The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. « We are a group of ladies who enjoy a yearly trip. This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The waters bank absolutely made it incredible. We had a 10 person float tied off for 3 days. The fire pit and outside kitchen/bar is wonderful. There were enough towels and the kitchen stocked well. We have been changing destinations but plan to set up here for 3 days again. It was simply perfect! »

« It is a clean house. Very close to Miami of Ohio. It has all the amenities, TV in every room, Air conditioning, Wifi, Coffee maker, pretty much everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. »

« This is our 3rd year staying here with a family group.The kitchen and eating area accommodates the entire group which is nice. The beds and bathrooms worked out well for our group of 10. The fire pit is the evening hang out.The town and Brookville Lake area is great. »

Property itself was beautiful and well maintained in a renovated loft space. Lots of charm and attention to detail. This place makes me want to find reasons to visit Richmond more often! »
