« Special thanks to the staff. They helped us a lot with laundry in house or even late check out. Each people working in this hotel is trying to give you the best experience. It is super close from the station (3mn walking just across the road) but very very quiet also all night and day activities are close. It is an amazing charming hotel with a lot of wood and internal garden. Coffee or tea is free at any hour. I strongly recommend this play for a short of even a long stay. Excellent WiFi...

« Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service.
We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast.
We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time.

« kami bermalam 2 malam di hotel ini..lokasi yang sangat hampir dengan Jalan Malioboro untuk membeli belah, dan front desk yang sangat membantu pelanggan..walaupun hotel mempunyai servis airport dan di cas 100, 000 rupiah, tetapi mereka telah mensihati saya saya untuk mengambil teksi meter kerana teksi bermeter lebih murah..staf hotel banyak memberi informasi kepada pelanggan tentang pusat2 membeli belah yang berkualiti dan aktiviti-aktiviti yang sesuai untuk pelancong seperti saya.

« Cet hôtel a dû connaitre ses heures de gloire mais c'était a priori il y a des années. L'hôtel est vétuste, les chambres d'un autre temps avec des meubles à moitié cassés, la piscine était hors service et cela ne gênait pas les quelques clients errants dans la salle de restaurant. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. »
