« Staying here was a pleasure. Mohamed was a very hospitable host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible to everything around. The Wifi worked, air conditioners worked, and washrooms were spotless. There is a washing machine in the washroom to wash your clothes if needed. Two bedrooms as specified in the description, one with one large bed and the other with two single beds. All very clean and comfortable. I cannot stress enough how nice...

« The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. « The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. »

« The apartment is nicely furnished, stunning sea views; This was my second time staying in this apartment. The owner gave discount, which was much appreciated. The location is near grocery stores, restaurants, & the beach is directly across the street. I will definitely rent this apartment again.And the owner is very nice and accommodating. »

"Séjour exceptionnel, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Et tout particulièrement de Asro et Nada de la réception qui toujours été d'excellent conseil. Et Mohammed Hassan, du Rooftop, qui savait si bien nous mettre dans une très bonne ambiance au rythme du son Maraganath égyptien. Enfin, nous remercions le directeur Monsieur Oussama, qui parle un excellent français, pour son aide précieuse et son accueil si chaleureux !!! En résumé, vous trouverez ici un endroit extra et merveilleux, dans lequel vous serez reçus comme des "pachas". Shoukran tir à vous tous et à très bientôt !!! Maryam and Gregor Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, situé entre la magnifique citadelle et la bibliothèque, à quelques mètres de la Mer Méditérannée ... QUE DU BONHEUR !!!"

"This hotel offers a true resort experience right in the city — the perfect balance between sightseeing and relaxation. It was so easy to explore Alexandria and still unwind with the beach, pools, and a great breakfast. Special kudos to the incredibly sweet and welcoming staff who were always checking in to see if we needed anything. A perfect stay all around! "
