« Vastly over-priced for what is effectively an old single-room storefront(?) turned into a youth hostel. Five beds in a single room, with wallpaper peeling off, and all sorts of weird attempts at “renovation.” For the price, could be good for five backpackers. For two people expecting something worthy of the Vrbo/Expedia brand, not so much. »

« 4世帯、9名（子供２名）で利用しました。 敷地内でバーベキューや水遊び（プール）もオプションで対応頂き、非常に楽しく過ごすことができました。 部屋や設備・寝具もすべて清潔感があり、食器や調理器具も豊富で非常に満足度の高いステイになりました。 またこども向けのグッズも豊富で、おむつ用のごみ箱の準備もしていただき、子連れでも安心して過ごせる宿だと思います。 »

« 湯畑から10分程度歩くが、家に戻ってからもう一度源泉掛け流しの風呂に入れるのは魅力。 ゆっくりできる空間があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 »

« 軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。 建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。 今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。 キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。 薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。 ２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。 »

« 今回、大人3人幼児1人の4名で1泊しました。 案内されたロッジは、戸建でした。ロッジ周囲は芝生だったので、孫は裸足で走り回りました。もしかすると近くのお客様にはご迷惑をおかけしたのかもしれませんが、思い切り走ったり声を出したりして孫は大変喜んでいました。それをみていた私たちも満足でした！ »

« Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect. »

« The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room. »
