« Hôtel très propre avec un beau paysage! Un peu loin pour les personnes qui utilisent seulement le bus comme moyen de transport. »

« Chambre impeccable, spacieuse et personnel très accueillant. Ils nous ont laissé rentrer avant 15h dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant. »

« The hotel is impressive in many ways, but its location and the persistent train noise were well outside my comfort zone. If you’re sensitive to sound, it may be worth reconsidering before booking. »

« Perfection situation with easy access to offices and restaurants around Service of high quality Top buffet for breakfast. I recommend »

« Late Check in was a pain as the hotel is being refurbished. Finding the desk was not easy at 11:30 PM. Other than that the hotel is ok, maybe expensive for the service. »

« Compliqué pour early Check in Buffet repas très bon Dommage que le onzen soit payant »

« It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options...

« L’hôtel est trop loin du centre pas pratique si on a des gros bagages car il faut prendre le bus »

« It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved. »

« a lovely 4 night stay in Novotel Ambassador in Suwon, Korea. Nice room, nice breakfast, fantastic support from welcome desk employees. Really impressive supportive attitude. Very calm inside although very interesting area around the hotel. I strongly recommend anyone staying in Suwon to stay there. »

« Do not book. I booked the most expensive suite room But I felt like I was just a big motel room »

« Good hotel. The staff are very nice. The room is a little small and more storage in the room would be better. »
