« Amazing hotel. Great staff, very boutique feeling with amazing decoration (balinese style). We stayed with our 3 children (9,7,2) in a family room, room 206, and the hotel felt perfect for kids. The pool has a shallow area, the beach area is safe and the hotel lended us some bodyboards for our older kids to play with in the sea. Note that the bedroom balcony doors do not close 100% by design so you will heqr the waves at all time (which we liked to go to sleep) but it may not be for everybody....

« At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there. »

« Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Era beach. Hôtel magnifique et personnel au petit soin. Seule limite : difficile de se baigner dans la mer à cette période de l'année et hôtel à 15 min du centre de Galle en transport (touk-touk conseillé) »

« What a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were truly fantastic with our 3yr old daughter. In particular Udaya went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay here longer! If we return to Sri Lanka this will be hotel booking number1 for me and my family! »
