« We stayed two weeks as a home base for our touring of the area. Our room had just the basics for cooking but served our needs perfectly. We were within two blocks from Watford Junction Station which is a major hub to travel into London or to travel to areas north etc. The Harry Potter bus pickup is here as well. « The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. « Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended. »
