„We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay a lot especially due to the great service. We were even able to check in already in the morning as we arrived early from the airport. When we left, we were not able to take breakfast so the hotel gave us a generous breakfast box. The rooms are nice and clean, nothing very special or stylish, but in good condition and with all necessary amenities. We appreciated that the AC also had a heating function. „It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .“

„Das Hotel ist schön auf einem Hügel in einem Wald gelegen. Daramasala sowie Dharamkot (kleiner Ort mit Hippieflair) können jeweils in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut und auch das beheizte Schwimmbad ist an kalten Tagen sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt leider nur ein Restaurant. Indisches Essen ist dort gut (aber nicht herausragend). Von anderen internationalen Speisen (Pizza, Dumplings, etc.) sollte man dagegen die Finger lassen. “

„Hiden Gem of Manali just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall Road with ample space of Parking . When we arrived at hotel , really loved the vibe and the check in process is very smooth and we requested for the room upgradation and they upgrade our room and provide us room with balcony mountain view and we don't want roadside view so we decided to choose the backside room with balcony and I must say the room and the view from the balcony was impeccable and we enjoyed the peaceful mountain view ...

„The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. „Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem abolut exzellenten Service; für Ruhe und Natur mit deutlich indobritischem Kolonialflair. Man muß sich nur darüber klar sein daß man bis zum Zentrum von Shimla für 12 Km 45 Min. braucht. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.“

„The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). “
