« Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer. Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. « It was pouring rain when we got on taxi to hotel from airport. Taxi driver had no idea what hotel it was n where the location was when I showed the English hotel name and address listed on Expedia. I managed to get the Chinese translation of the English hotel name and address but they were all incorrect. When we arrived at the area called Taoxichuan, even staff from other hotels had no idea. « This hotel sits right at the river bank, overseeing Ganjiang and the Bayi bridge. Breathtaking view in the evening. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very generous. The staff are very friendly. They sent some welcome treat, a bowl of Chinese sweet soap to my room in the evening. From a highly satisfied first comer. »

« Generally good except two things. When I book a room for three people on Orbitz and it does not allow me to choose breakfast for three, then I have to pay for the extra meal at the hotel. Also there is a 500 CNY security deposit that you have to pay at the check-in desk upon arrival, which makes the experience not so frictionless. »

« Hotellet var helt ok. De kaller rommet røyfritt men det er ganske opplagt at det var røyket på rommet. De satte inn en airfreshner i stikkkontakt.. ikke helt kontroll på frokost, her var de litt treige med å fylle på samt at det tok evighet til å få bestikk eller kopper. Spesielt de dagene det var mange til frokost.. dårligste var gymmen. Det som er hotellets var skikkelig dårlig. Det som ikke tilhører hotellet men er i kjelleren ser bra ut på bildet men det åpnet ikke før kl 10.30 og da var...

« Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. »
