« Great location and great space. »

« Cute rustic place with easy walk to Market Place. Check-in and out was very smooth. Parking spot is tight (as owner stated) but was ok for our smaller mid-sized SUV. Only slight negative was that the bedroom doesn’t have a door and we got an apartment instead of a hotel room so any *potential* snoring could be confined to the bedroom without disrupting daughter sleeping on couch. It worked out fine though. Overall a great stay! »

« Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again! »

« The owner was easy to work with & very responsive. We stayed down for a basketball tournament and it was 4 minute drive from the gym. Neighborhood was quiet, food was close. I would stay again »

« The check-in process was really smooth. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space for our . The Wi-Fi access very good.The only small improvement would be to provide some hangers in the closet, few extra towels and a can opener.Also, instruction on where to put the garbage. Overall it didn’t affect our enjoyment.We’d happily recommend this place to friends and family and would definitely book again in the future. »

« My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back! »

« A lovely little house in a quiet neighborhood, this home was perfect for a short stay with some friends. The property manager was very communicative and we had no issues at all. I would recommend this home to others. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The houseboat is beautiful with lots of amenities. The owner was very easy to work with and provided lots of valuable information on the property in general, houseboat specifically, and attractions in the area. We loved sitting out on the balcony area watching boats, barges, and all kinds of wildlife float by. The check in process is a little confusing, but that's more because of the way the area is set up.
