« This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again! »

« Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill. »

« Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend! »

« The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc »
