« Super hotel apres notre trek. Chambre spacieuse, avec un tres bon service et accueil. Un peu loin du centre mais toujours possible a pied Personnel tres agreable, un peu lent sur certains points mais peut etre l’esprit local plutot qu’un manque de service a l’occidentale »

« Um lugar excelente pra sua chegada em Leh. O hotel tem boa infraestrutura perfeita pra aclimatação em altitude. Nós passamos muito mal no primeiro dia por causa da altitude e a equipe ajudou muito. Havia remédio e também aparelho para respiração. Não usamos, mas estava disponível . O aquecimento dobquarto é excelente então ajudou muito nos dias frios. A comida da cozinha é muito boa. O café da manhã é muito variado e gostoso. Recomendo muito o hotel. »

« First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . « Yes rooms were spotless and super clean. I had provided Seanzin the owner few suggestions and hopefully they will be implemented. Food was excellent and staff were so cordial it beat all of my expectations. Everyone performed at their excellence and in particular Surjit Singh , Anthony and Seanzin the owner are worth praising for their excellent performance. Keep up the great work guys. »
