« L’hôtel est très situé, la rue est très bruyante si vous avez une chambre qui donne dessus. Il y a pleins de boutiques qui ont la musique à fond. Le lit est trop mou pour nous, ça va pour une nuit! Le petit déjeuner est basic mais fait à la minute. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais! »

« I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. »

« Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times. »
