„We had a wonderful week long stay at the Boathouse on Evans Lake. We had 18 people from ages 12 to 82. The owner, Bill, is great! He was very friendly and helpful. He had called me a couple days before our stay to tell me that we wouldn’t be able to bring our boats because there was an issue with the boat launch. „Beautiful place on a quiet peaceful lake! We rented the pontoon a couple days, and had a great time swimming, fishing and just cruising around the lake looking at all of the beautiful houses. The owner was a great guy to work with, and was available anytime if we needed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the house, the beds were comfortable, the neighbors were friendly and the view was wonderful. „This was a family weekend of 25 of us and we found the kitchen very good for preparing all our meals. There was plenty of towels and toilet paper. The setting is quiet and secluded which we enjoyed very much. „Most VRBO pictures look much better than the actual setting but we were shocked to find that the photos were unable to capture the quality of this beauty. Check-in was a breeze with code entry. Kitchen stocked for a chef. The photos of snacks & coffees are real! Even creamers were available. There were many nice towels for your bathroom shower. „This was the perfect rental for the weekend! We had 12 adults stay the night and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house and surrounding property is beautiful and extremely well maintained! There was room to play yard games, kayaks, a paddle boat, and a fire pit. The rental provides plenty of towels and bedding and there’s a fully stocked kitchen (there’s even a crock pot!) the lake is small but the water was warm! Overall a beautiful location— we would love to come back again! “
