âthe location was very good for snowmobiling. trails were less than 1/4 mile in either direction down the plowed yet snow covered road to transit to the trails (vehicles had no issue traveling on the road either).the cabin was warm and furnished with everything you might need.the only thing not present was internet connectivity but i might guess this is by the owners design. verizon coverage was good enough to allow basic access and starlink roam is a game changer (if you have it).i frequent the ...

âWe stayed here strictly for snowmobiling with 4 guys who didnât care much about amenities, the house was located close to the trails without trailering, driveway had a good spot for the truck and trailer. Easy driving distance to boondocks and local stores and gas stations.â

âThe only thing better than the cabin, location and amenities was JP's kindness and hospitality. We visited at the very end of the season - just in time for snow and freezing temps. JP made sure that we were familiarized with the island, and comfortable every step of the way. Our dogs LOVED having the freedom to explore the island without being on a leash. The electric boat was an added bonus to get to the mainland to do some hiking. JP even sent us a blog he wrote about the best nearby hiking ...
