« I acknowledge this is a budget rental, however the budget part comes in the distance (over an hour from London, 15 minute walk to the station) and in a sketchy area. After taking a 2.5 hour journey from Stansted airport, the location on the app was wrong. The hosts provided no house number and the “Get directions” brought us to the wrong place. After getting in touch with the hosts, they provided a house number which we ended up finally finding the room. We entered the room, and it was not clean...

« We had so many issues with this rental. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER for 3 of the 4 days of our stay due to the boiler breaking. The sofa had 2 cushions turned over as one was dirty and badly stained the other had 2 cigarette burns despite the apartment being smoke free. The deck outside had a tile broken as the tiles weren't placed on a flat surface and a caution sign on the door not to go out there. There were black scuffs on the walls and the fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in...
