« This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...

« Worse stay ever. The code to the door was wrong. Couldn’t get a hold of the property manager. The first night stayed in a hotel room. The next night had cold showers, couldn’t get the heat turned on and still couldn’t get ahold of the manager. No microwave. I’m pretending the weekend just didn’t happen. »

« The whole stay from the moment we checked in was awful. I’ll start off by saying I don’t ever leave bad reviews, not even when they are deserved. Any time I’ve had a problem with a Vrbo or simply just a question I’ve always been helped quickly and efficiently. This time, I was left with no answers the whole time and no responses from the host. First, I was never even sent check in instructions and had to call over and over to get them. Then, a strange man just showed up to the door at 7:00 pm...
