« There were many issues with the rooms, the first suite we were given had problems, the key was not working and the Fridge was not working. so they had to move us to another suite which also had problems, the AC didnât have a remote and the shower didnât have hot water. The wifi was very poor. The staff didnât know how to solve some of these issues. »
