« Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. »

« I paid for the entire house for myself and two dogs. The host told me not to use the whole house for my dogs even though that's exactly what I paid for and why. When I complained to VRBO, thinking she would do the right thing, they connected us on a three way phone call where she literally laughed at my concern. She still doesn't understand what the issue is with advertising and accepting payment for an entire house and then restricting access to the entire house. She is not a reasonable or nice...
