« Staff is friendly & competent. Very quiet except for the ice machine across from our room. Breakfast could have been a little better - hot meat option or better bakery. Too cold in the breakfast room. Beds were too hard for my liking, but that is a personal preference. »

« If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! Will stay here again. »

« This hotel was very clean. The front desk girl was very nice at ckeck in and check out. It smelled clean. Rooms were clean. I felt safe. The fridge worked and and had no ice biild up. The breakfast was alot of carbs. No proteins. It was still a nice breakfast. We did not have a chance to use or see the pool. Over all i would stay here again. Keep up the good work! »

« Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...

« A wonderful little place to stay for a couple of days while exploring the nearby destination MTB trail. Melissa was very friendly and helpful with infoabout the stay. And there's a nearby park Attached photo is from right across the street from Paradise Resort. »

« The place was amazing, just enough room, nestled next to a lake. The area was so quiet and peaceful, the kids didnt know rather to stay inside in the a/c or to go play outside. We went to the pool, it was about 1 1/2 miles to the pool but it was worth it. Only thing i would suggest is for the owners to let people know where the lake access for the house is, i didn't know until the last night from a neighbor. It would be amazing if a fire pit was next to the lake access... be able to sit next to...

« We had an awesome time at this property. The kitchen was well set up and provided good protection from rain. The double bed mattress is comfy memory foam. Not a lot of space in the bedroom for bags/extras so pack light! We struggled to find firewood so bring your own or go to The Dairy Doo or Gib’s locally. The property is fun to wander but doesn’t really have actual trails. We used the grill, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge and it was perfect to make simple meals. We recommend for a...
