« We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast. »

« The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars. »

« Check in was easy and communication with owner was great! It was a cute property in a historical part of town. It was a short walk to a nice pizza shop. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« How often does a property surpass your expectations? Personally speaking, not often. This property was immaculate beautifully decorated extremely comfortable and very roomy. Our entire family so enjoyed our visit in this home and we’re already finding excuses for reasons to come back. The communication was top-notch, I never waited more than five minutes for a response no matter what time of day. « Adorable and artistic home walking distance from downtown yellow springs! Even more spacious than the pictures show. The backyard is just as charming and a beautiful place to sit and relax. Host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly! Will definitely love to stay here on our next visit to Ohio! »

« The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton. »

« Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. »

« Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay. »
