„It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever ...

„It was such a peaceful amazing week! My family enjoyed so much time together making memories. The hikes were awesome and the lake is beautiful. The home was perfect and cozy for my family of 5. The location of the cabin is great. Near so many things to do. Whether you want the lake, to eat at the many restaurants or hike. The communication with the home owner was also fantastic. We couldn’t have picked a better cabin. Pure Nirvana! Thank you again for sharing your home! “

„Cute cottage! We loved seeing all the wildlife from the deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. It has a well-stocked pantry (nice surprise). The cottage was private but also close enough to attractions.“

„My family spent the weekend here. We absolutely loved this place. Very cozy and private. We spent more time around the fire pit than we did at the actual lake. The view of the lake from the fire pit was so calming and peaceful. The dock was very cool. The host was welcoming and accommodating and very easy to reach if you need. We would stay here again for sure. Even my pups loved the private yard Thank you to the host!“

„What fun we all had! The indoor pool was definitely a highlight for us! kids of all ages were able to enjoy the game room and spend quality time in and around the lake. The use of 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made cooking and clean up a breeze. “

„Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. “

„Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!“

„We had a great stay - the cabin was well stocked and clean. We mostly stayed outdoors and enjoyed the incredible view, it rained quite a bit but we didn't mind because the covered porch was a perfect place to sit and immerse yourself in nature. Great location to relax and unwind!“

"Die Unterkunft versprüht 80-er Jahre Charme. Wenn man sich bei google-earth nicht die Lage anschaut vermitteln die Bilder als ob das Hotel etwas im Wald liegt. Dem ist nicht so. Es liegt auf der Spitze von 2 Hauptstrassen. Lärm ist aber noch ok."
