« We were there to attend a concert at the amphitheater in the Mystic Lake Casino. The property has multiple dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint about the property is that in the amphitheater there were only 7 stalls in the woman's bathroom which caused us to miss part of the concert because we had to waiting for a long time in line. For an amphitheater that seats 2100 people that unacceptable. »

« They need more tubes or they need to not let children keep their tube after going down the slides, watched many kids have to wait for 30 minutes to get a tub. Witnessed a few moms chewing out the poor life cards over the situation and they didn't do anything about it other than apologize. They're probably not in the situation to make the rules up but something needs to come down from higher up. »

« Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked. »
