« Wow, que dire ? Avec cette hÎtel on est replongé dans l'Angleterre de la reine Victoria. Le problÚme, c'est que c'est resté dans l'époque. La déco est lourde, l'ambiance poussiéreuse et les chambres auraient besoin d'un serieux coup de fraßcheur. Certes le petit-déjeuner est compris, mais il n'y a quasiment pas de table pour manger, juste des meubles de décoration d'antiquités. Du coup on doit manger sur des sofas. « We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were not the greatest we have ever seen. Which is not to say they were not good. The most enjoyable part of the room was the very nice, large shower, how dark the room was at night, and how exceptionally quiet it was. « We contacted the hotel in advance because we wanted to change our room from one king bed to a room with two queen beds. We were told over the phone that the change would cost an additional $50. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk informed us that we would have to pay $150 extra instead. She was also not very helpful or accommodating regarding the situation. « Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town. »

"Notre chambre Ă©tait trĂšs propre, spacieuse et les lits Ă©taient super confortables. Le personnel Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able et sympathique. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait copieux mais chaque jour le mĂȘme. La piscine Ă©tait chouette, mais malheureusement beaucoup de personnes ne respectaient pas le lieu et les autres usagers. "
