« The place was clean, and very nicely furnished. While there is no carpark on site, there are nearby carparks that are inexpensive. The bathtub was a little slow to fill, but could maintain water at a very high temperature. The Nakata hangers they provided were very beautiful and I decided to buy a set for myself when I returned to Tokyo. »

« The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. »
