« We had the most special time bringing family together for a surprise birthday celebration organised by a close friend’s boyfriend. Recommended: Walk – The Smelly Fox Food – The Smelly Fox River Wens walk (approximately 2 hours to complete) Thank you for the food and champagne! We are already thinking about coming back in the summer. »

« My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area. »

« There is no parking … How you can advertise bumping up a high kerb onto the pavement to park is wrong , we would not of booked this property … Only suitable for 2 people not 4 Needs a good deep clean »

« A very comfortable cottage. Excellent enclosed garden if you have a dog and great walks within 200 yards of the cottage to the 'deeps' or beyond to at least two longer distance paths. Stamford is ten minutes away and if yoir visiting family in the area its a great base with good road links. We had our break at half term (February) the cottage is well heated with a log burning fire!....we bought extra logs from Morrisons in Stamford (about £8 a bag).Bob and Sarah provided a great welcome pack...

It might be a bit tight for 3 adults because the living area is small and the stairs are very steep which could cause difficulties for older people or very young children but we really enjoyed our stay and would otherwise recommend. »

« Everything was ok. But it looks nicer on the picture than in reality. »
