I’ll give an extra compliment just for Isis, because she was beyond of you are going to expect from the service. A nice person, with a beautiful smile, great heart and such a join doing what she does and this just make the service better. If I go back, of course I’ll book this place again.“

„Leider war die Rezeption fast nie besetzt. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich damit sehr schwierig.“

„Nur den Eingangsbereich ist okay. Zwei Aufzüge waren teilweise defekt, und es gab lange Wartezeiten. Die Möbeln im Zimmer sind sehr, aber SEHR alt und teilweise kaputt. Es gab kein kaltes Wasser im Badezimmer (nur sehr warmes Wasser), und überall Rost (Badewanne) und Feuchtigkeit. Nur die Lage ist gut. Die Suites liegen sehr Zentral.“

„Tolle Unterkunft, sehr modern und sauber. das Hotel teilt sich die gesamte Anlage mit Wohnungen, aber hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo überfüllt war. Einziger Nachteil: durch den Hafen ist es recht laut und wenn auch sicher, ist der nahelegenste Weg in Richtung Bahnhof etwas verdreckt und man fühlt sich etwas komisch. “

„The apartment was great - a simple space to stay with all you need. Some elements a bit outdated but that didn't really take from the overall great stay. What stood out was the incredible service - the staff was so attentive via WhatsApp and always available. Really appreciate how flexible and quick they were!“

„Staying at this hotel was an absolutely positive experience, and I can only agree with all the glowing reviews. The location is fantastic – everything is within easy walking distance. The design is truly wonderful, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect, from the carefully chosen amenities to the excellent breakfast (which even included champagne!). „A hospedagem tem uma excelente localização, tudo estava devidamente limpo e organizado. Uma única sugestão seria melhorar as condições de banho, o intervalo de aquecimento do chuveiro é de 30 minutos de um banho para outro e isso dificulta muito na hora de sair pois é necessário aguardar o aquecimento, como estávamos em 4 pessoas achei que a demorado até que todas tomassem banho. No mais estava tudo muito bom, o atendimento impecável e bem seguro. “

"Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist schön und sicher. Das Hotelpersonal, insbesondere der Hotelmanager, ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind laut und die Standard Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber wir konnten das Zimmer zu einem deutlich besseren wechseln."
