« This place was great, very clean, comfortable, easy check-in, with very friendly and responsive owners. There was plenty of room to park our boat, multiple vehicles, and easy access to outdoor plug-ins. There was no bath soap (bad assumption on my part) but this was only a minor inconvenience for what we got. »

« The cabin’s interior was clean and tidy, with eclectic decor and a working pinball machine (so fun!). There is central air that works very well and stands up to that southern Illinois humidity. The shower was perfect for my 6’5 husband and had great water pressure. You’re surrounded by deep woods but only a few minutes outside of Carbondale, a short drive to Giant City, and all of the other great places in the area. The cabin was a bit hard to find at first, while there was signage, it still...

« Facility was as described. Nice place for an overnight stay. Had a little trouble with door codes to get in but that was quickly resolved. We got so many emails from Evolve and apparently missed the proper code that was misrepresented in the initial correspondence. »

« This is NOT a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a small futon in the living room. Access is by outside stairs that are grate-style. Apartment was clean except for floors and under the beds. Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. Close to downtown area, plenty of parking, walking distance to local shops, quiet area. »

« This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host. »

« The property was very clean, spacious enough for me, my husband and four kids. Very peaceful, hot tub was a plus for after hours to wind down after a long day of fishing from the private pond. The camper was equipped with everything we needed to cook and grill with. Kevin was an excellent host, and we plan on making more trips to his property. »
