« House was very clean (and more importantly it didn't smell like cleaning products!). Location was great - easy to get around town. We had zero issues getting into the house or parking. The street was quiet. We enjoyed the front porch street swing in the mornings while drinking our coffee from Joe Van Goughs. »

« This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family wedding in Durham. We were walking distance to downtown and easy driving distance to other sites in the area. The condo is very spacious, especially with the super high ceilings. It's also clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the rental company was very responsive to our questions. They also let you know in advance that the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling. « Amazing location in Durham, walkable and pretty. Neighborhood is a mix of places. This property is adequate but could be so so much cuter with a little more care. Linens outdated and kitchen pretty bare. Still, comfortable enough and happily took our dog. Heavy use of air fresheners that felt suffocating upon arrival but we aired the place out. All in all a good stay. »
