« Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel.
Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

« What a beautiful cottage, in a wonderful country !! It was a pleasure to stay a few days in this lovely house surrounded by rabbits, deers and goses running in the fields. Spaceful, warmy, and peaceful cottage. Our children appreciate to play outside in the garden.

« Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views.
Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. »

« The host, Dawn is very welcoming, he helped us with the late check in and even gave us a small basket of food for the morninh after.
The cottage is precisely as advertised, clean, and spacious. It is not far from the airport nor Edinburgh center (30 mins drive) and is located in a nice village with grocery shops at 5 to 10 mins walk.
We highly recommand you booking it for your visits. »
