« Great hotel! However there is no breakfast on site, just a cafe. We found a great coffee shop in the morning market :) »

« Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us. »

« Nice place to stay, well located but the bed is terrible. You can feel the spring and it’s very not comfortable unfortunately. »

« Nice new hotels, nice onsens, close to slopes, very efficient shuttle service, nice team. Still feels like soft opening with teething issues (ie the thermostat of our room was not functioning so we left window open to mitigate). nice breakfast and afuri restaurant. nice view ofYotei and hirafu »

« If you set the car navigation, it will lead you to the residential property where is in back of the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is one way. Otherwise the hotel itself was excellent and very comfy like your own home. »

« It’s a short drive to Furano ski area. We enjoyed our stay. It’s not too big, perfect for 2 people. Equipped with dish washer, washing machine and dryer. »

« It was a bit difficult to find. 2 doors at entrance and we put code into wrong one at first. »

« Expedia messed up and didn’t confirm the reservation, glad the hotel was still able to help us get situated. Excellent, very clean and large hotel for our traveling family of 7. »

« Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email. »

« 스스키노역에서 두 블럭정도 떨어져 꽤 조용하고 교통 접근성이 좋음. 바로 앞에 편의점이 있어서 편함. 슬리퍼는 약간 냄새나서 교체가 필요. 그 외에 집안 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 큰 책상도 하나 있어서 업무에 지장이 없었음. »

« 昨年も利用させて頂きましたが、今年はチェックインが無人になっていて驚きました。周囲も静かで夜はぐっすり就寝できました。 国際スキー場に行くには絶好のロケションです。 コンビニやレストランまで若干距離がありますが、車で来られる人には問題ないと思います。 »
