„We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time! Tours are a bit expensive but they offered a package of 4 main tours + one day all food and drinks included for a fair price. Location is amazing, pool also very nice and staff friendly!“

„The hotel itself was okay, it had the basic necessities that you can expect from a hotel. However, I had a horrible experience that completely ruined my stay and prompted me to write this review. My mother and I were getting ready to go out in the evening and while I was doing my makeup in the bathroom, a male hotel personnel opened the door with his key. My mother was getting dressed and had to hide behind the wall after hearing that someone opened the door .The man excused himself and left. ...

„I dont normally leave reviews, but Ciel y Miel was an absolute gem. We will 100% be staying again. The view alone is worth the stay (breathtaking). The staff is incredible, they made us feel like their only guests in every way. And the food is to die for! I have two new all-time-favorite dishes after dining here. There are a limited number of units, making the experience feel very exclusive. We had the private beach all to ourselves for an entire afternoon. If you're into the all-inclusive ...

„Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.“

„Fijn klein zwembad, mooi uitzicht. Overall fijne plek!“

„Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.“

„Ohne Worte - einfach nur katastrophal.“
