« The property offers a secluded and rural location beside the estuary of the Kraburi river. The staff were attentive and the menu was international flavours. It was a short stay but an enjoyable one nonetheless. »

« no reception so: if you don't speak English or Thai problem, moreover without a phone it's not possible to call to get the room code. Quiet place during the day but in the evening music in the village and early in the morning loudspeakers broadcast the good word to Thais before their national anthem. The room is good with a large bed »

« We enjoyed our stay and the owner was always more than willing to help, including her smile. The room was nice and big and very comfortable. You ABSOLUTELY need a scooter as it is far from everything and rentals are available on site. »

« Old hotel which is in need of some maintenance and up keep. Swimming pool looks like it's been closed for years. But staff was friendly and room had a good Seaview »

« Très bon séjour. Propre et Staff très sympa. Déco originale »

Therefore, the poor review, even though the place is OK, but not the cleanest at all. »

I also had hot water, although I believe some bungalows may only have cold water — I was kindly upgraded on arrival, which I appreciated but random. Check-in was a little unusual. I arrived around 3pm and had to ring the reception bell, a couple times. I was greeted by a very sweaty man who looked as though he had just got dressed, which felt a bit...
