« It was great »

« We stayed at Gudauri Loft from Feb. 8th to 14th, 2020. Starting with points to improve : - Room not cosy, lacking furniture to store our clothes and things even though there is room for one or two additional drawers -Bed mattress in parent room not comfortable. Very thin. -Room was cold - in particular the bathroom - even though heaters were at maximum. -Ski depot is in basement meaning that there is a stair to climb to reach the slope, which is not easy when wearing ski boots particularly for...

« Chambre confortable. »

« It does not have a pool. The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour. It is July and the pool was covered with a fabric and it did not look like it was under maintenance so I think they just decided not to operate it. It was not fair to mention in the ad that there is a pool. There is no AC. You need to open the window which will cause huge flies to get into the room. For buffet...

« The hotel is well located, in the heart of Kazbegi city centre, rooms are spacious, clean, the hotel overall is neat. We paid 55€ a night for a family room, I think this is an excellent quality price ratio! Would definitely come again! »

« Amazing unique experience »

« TV and safety box did not work. We asked for a better room and got one. It was not bad, but it was not great either. »
